Zack comes to us with not only a background in dentistry, with his mother, grandfather, and great-grandfather all being dentists themselves, but with a medical knowledge as well, as he is a practicing Nurse practitioner.
Zack started at Hart & Coco in February of 2015 as our new office manager. He has since stepped down from this position so that he can focus more on his patients, clinically. He is certified in multiple aesthetic procedures, including Botox and Xeomin injections, dermal filler injections, and neck fat reduction with Kybella.
Zack originally graduated from Arkansas State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then moved to Little Rock to pursue an education in nursing. While in nursing school, Zack served on the boards of multiple organizations, and served as President of the Arkansas Nursing Students’ Association. Zack is currently a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing as well as the American Nurses Association.
He has a beautiful daughter, Olivia, who he loves spending all of his free time with, as well as a dog, Hank, who is his entertainment at home. His wide range of leadership abilities paired with his love of helping others makes him perfect for the Hart & Coco team!
Michael possesses more than 30 years of finance, management and operations experience. Prior to working for us at Hart & Coco Prosthodontics, Michael served 15 years as CFO for Real Practices, Inc., a healthcare and real estate development company.
He has also developed and operated various profitable private sector business ventures and served in the public sector as a management analyst for the State of South Dakota. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Political Science from Northern State University.
Michael has a passion for all things sports, particularly the Razorbacks and Red Sox. He’s spent many years volunteering as a referee for high school basketball games, a skill which he has threatened to use to keep us all in-line! Michael is married to Ronda, and they love spending time outdoors and traveling. We are proud to have Michael on our Hart and Coco Prosthodontics team.

Talor joined our team in 2016 as a dental assistant. She has an infectious smile, a ridiculously loud sneeze, and a permanent great attitude. Her skills and attributes have led her to become an integral part of our team, and she has recently assumed the reigns as our treatment coordinator. Her role is to integrate our new patients into our practice family by working between our doctors and patients to ensure that we are hearing what our patients want, and delivering on our promise of a beautiful, long-lasting outcome!
Talor and her husband, Chance (who works in our laboratory) are the definition of ‘dog-people,’ and are crazy about their labradors Bo and Bella. Have a pet? Talor is going to find out, and want to know all about them…so make sure you have pictures to share!
Whether you come with one or not, Talor is ready and excited to put a smile on your face.

Ronda graduated from Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia in 1984 with an Associate’s of Science Degree in Nursing. Ronda enjoys spending time with her husband Michael and their four children and seven grandchildren, when they can get them all together. She loves to read, take beach vacations, go for long walks and play with her moody-pooch, Abby. Ronda is also the very proud mom of our own Dr. Hart! We are proud of Ronda’s lifelong commitment to serving her community. She is the first voice our patients hear and we couldn’t be more thankful she is on our team!
